Attending IBC this year and trying to book a hotel at the last minute was a fun experience. However after a few hours scouring the net, I was able to find some availabilities and sites that were more useful than not. I found the best way is to
1 - find the hotel you like though a booking site to make sure it has availability
2 - Goto Trip Advisor and review sites to check it out
3 - Scour Google and fin more
